King of the Orangutans

Hey hi there, I’m King Orangutan

Hey hi there, I’m King Orangutan

My prince stands beside me.

He needs a name; can you give him one?

I’d like a name too, but it needs to be royal.

I live in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Did you know Indonesia has a whole lot of islands?

Have your mom help you look them up.

I love their rainforests.

There are so many trees to climb.

I make my bed in the trees.

 A new one every night.

I use tools and figure out how to use them.

Give me fruits. Many kinds of fruits, please.

I keep the rainforest growing too.

I break the branches so light

can help the small trees grow.
