Green Sea Turtle

This is Green Sea Turtle. These fascinating swimmers are not like those turtles we commonly see on land. The Sea Turtle does not have legs. They have flippers and swim quickly underwater. They are amphibian but can hold their breath 20 to 40 minutes when active and more than 4 hours when sleeping or resting.  They cannot pull their heads into their shells.
